Pair of exceptionally finely worked Napoleon III repousse brass mirrors overflowing with exotic fruit and bold horned masks. c. 1870
These unusual mirrors came to me from Alsace and may well have been made near there, as the backs are pine, but one might equally imagine a southern hemisphere colonial origin.
