Pair of exceptional and large neoclassical sculpted alabaster vases produced by the celebrated small factory of nobleman Marcello Inghirami of Volterra, Tuscany, at it's height of refined sophistication c.1795-1810. The purity of the white alabaster and the quality of design and execution were unsurpassed.
